Patience

Boy! I have taken on a challenge  here in Oregon. No family members, although, Jesh did drive out with me and stayed for awhile, no friends and no work at the present moment.

Now is when I rely on my inner strength and yoga practice to keep me going.
The weather has been delightful, the bike rides along the river so good for me and green plants everywhere.

Neutral mind? Negative mind? Positive? How do I relate when placed in a new situation?

So..let me explain - the Neutral mind is for meditation, watching, observing - keeping that still point and not choosing.
What seems to be "good" often turns out differently than expected. (This is true for my experience here and "expecting" positive.)

What seems to be "bad" often turns out differently than expected.
Our neutral mind allows us to hold a larger vision which is not inclined to make snap judgments or take sides.

Negative mind is important to discern - It is protective and reactive.
The purpose of the negative mind is to signal danger and to protect you from harm.
When out of balance, you live in a fear state-of-mind and symptoms include hiding inside your head instead of living from your soul, seeing only negative aspects of every situation, isolation due to fear of life, and repeating patterns without learning the lessons.  If you are frozen by fear you will remain captive in the cage of your self-limitations.
(This is where I have been sometimes here in this isolated time and space.)

Enter the positive mind - This part of the mind seeks fulfillment and possibility.  The purpose of the positive mind is to encourage optimism, excitement, and enthusiasm. (by Anmol Mehta )
You need all 3 most of the time but one may step forward to clarify the situation more than the other 2.
Keep up! Keep going! Be patient and aware - I can do it! I can do it! I can do it!
